Party On Rentals LLC: Booking & Service Policies for a Hassle-Free Experience!

We strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all of our customers. Please review our booking policy before securing your inflatable rental.

Reservation & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking to secure your rental date. The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery of the inflatable.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least 10 days' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this window will forfeit the deposit. If you need to reschedule your event, please refer to our rescheduling policy.

2011-2014

Weather Policy

Safety is our top priority. If inclement weather (strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, etc.) is expected, we require that rentals be rescheduled to an alternative date, subject to availability. We do not issue refunds due to weather conditions, but we will work with you to find a suitable new date.

2007-2010

Service Area Policy

We proudly serve all locations listed in our service area dropdown. If your area isn’t listed, please contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your event. We’re always looking to expand our reach and bring the fun to you!

Rescheduling Policy

Need to change your event date? No problem! We require at least 5 days' notice to reschedule. Your initial deposit is non-refundable but will be applied to your new date within the same year, pending availability of your selected inflatable.
