Booking Policy At Party On Rentals, we strive to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all of our customers. Please review our booking policy before securing your inflatable rental. Reservation & Deposit: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your rental date. The remaining balance is due before or upon delivery of the inflatable. Cancellation Policy: We require at least 10 days' notice for cancellations. Cancellations made within this window will forfeit the deposit. If you need to reschedule your event, we will do our best to accommodate you based on our available inventory. Weather Policy: Safety is our top priority. If inclement weather (strong winds, heavy rain, thunderstorms, etc.) is expected, we require that rentals be rescheduled to an alternative date, subject to availability. We do not issue refunds due to weather conditions, but we will work with you to find a suitable new date. By booking with Party On Rentals, you agree to these terms.
